—————————————————————————————

Hi!

For those of you who do not know me, my name is Rachel Segal and I lead the Ottawa Minimalist Facebook Meet Up Group. We discuss and promote the works of “The Minimalists” as well the concepts and ideas around what minimalism means to us as individuals. “The Minimalists”, released a documentary film this year and I am very excited to share this film with you in partnership with “Free the Falls”.

This film is a wonderful, modern day account for what our world is up against as we move closer to the issues of climate change, health concerns, and a humanity crying out for connection and meaning. What can we do? How can we move towards a more meaniful future that is full of happiness, joy, and love?

This documentary film is the account of two young men who have created change in their lives and are living more meaningful lives for themselves. They are sharing their experience with the world and it’s having a massive impact.

Here is the trailer for this wonderful documentary film if you feel an impulse to learn more.

On Sunday Jan. 15th, after we have shown the film there will be a “circle talk” led by Judith Matheson, giving everyone an opportunity to ask questions, share their feelings and be heard in a respectful group setting.

This is a free event and there is limited Seating – only 25 spots avaiable so if you are interested in attending please RSVP Rachel Segal to reserve your spot at rachelsegal22@gmail.com

Looking forward to this wonderful evening.
Warmly,
Rachel
