Preliminary Hearing of OMB on June 3

Come out to support the Preliminary Hearing for the appeal to oppose the rezoning of the Chaudiere & Albert Islands June 3. 

The appellants claim the City of Ottawa, Domtar, the National Capital Commission and Windmill Development Group “are not following the Rule of Law. The federal government signed a charter that recognizes the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.   No deed of sale [or treaty] for that land exists”.
